  7. Capture & follow up with all prospective buyer inquiries

  8. Promote your home to all real estate agents, their buyers & all local brokers

  9. When possible have all agents show, preview & provide feedback for your home

  10. Proactively prospect 2-3 hours for potential buyers or referrals for your home

  11. Communicate all results of our activity & any changes in the marketplace

  12. Follow up with all prospective buyers & coordinate all showing appointments 

  13. Qualify buyers, lenders & agents & review financing to ensure best possible terms

  14. Represent you on all offer presentations to ensure most advantageous outcome

  15. Upon acceptance of a contract; manage all closing procedures to include all mortgage & title professionals involved 

  16. Close escrow & deliver you top dollar for your home
